HoloKart XR Project Delivery Process
A HoloKart XR project begins with the actual venue and operating model. This framework does not promise a fixed duration, price or service level.
1. Venue assessment
The review considers floor area, geometry, columns, ceiling height, access, queueing, briefing and pit areas, projection surfaces, light, power, networking and maintenance access. Operators also share audience, workflow and goals.
2. System planning
The team coordinates track capacity, fleet planning, projector positions, tracking coverage, mounting, operator stations and guest flow. Fleet and throughput are modelled from site inputs rather than a universal formula.
3. Scope and engineering
The proposal defines hardware, software, content, integration work and responsibilities. Project-specific delivery boundaries and local requirements are confirmed in writing.
4. Installation and integration
Depending on scope, deployment may include setup, network and control integration, projection installation and software configuration. Existing venues can be considered when conditions are suitable.
5. Calibration and commissioning
Projection geometry and tracking coordinates are aligned. The system is checked so kart positions, mapped content, rules and controls work together before handover.
6. Training and handover
Operator workflows and technical procedures may be introduced during handover. Training, warranty, maintenance and support terms must be confirmed in the agreement.
